Soft Play Hire

2 hours - £395​

Full payment is required to secure your date.​

Deposit: To help ensure all parties run smoothly, we require a £50 refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after the party, provided all guests have left the venue at the party end time. Any additional time will result in non refund of deposit.

Consent: Photos may be taken during your event for use on social media, let us know via email if you wish to opt out, prior to your event.

What’s Included in Your Private Hire:

• Exclusive use of the entire soft play area, and seating in the soft play area.

• 30 minutes setup time before your event (sessions may still be running)

• Staff on-site during your event

• Access to our café for food and drinks purchases.

• Bluetooth speaker available

• Clean-up included (please remove personal decorations/balloons)

Optional Extras:

• Add on our 'Play Room' - £100 for 1.5 hours (recommended for more space)

• Catering (Details below)

• Decorations (Themed balloon arches and back drops)

• Professional Photography including digital images

Please note: while you have exclusive hire of the Soft Play, the Play Room is never booked out during your session.

Additional Information:

• Capacity: Max. 30-40 adults in the venue, 15 children in the soft play area
   (plus babies in arms). If you add on the Play Room, there is more space.

• You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks​​​

• No face painting, glitter and confetti

• Only use masking tape on the designated wall areas - please check with staff first

• No food or drinks in the play area. 

• Our Cafe is open as usual, and your guests can order as normal at the front.

• Please put shoes on as soon as you step out of the play area, to avoid contamination from outside of the play areas. We are doing our best to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Play Room Hire:

2 hours - £300

Available 7 days per week, during or after opening hours.

Please note: your guests can order food and drinks from the Cafe, however your booking does not include hire of the cafe or use of the soft play.
