Service Description
Enjoy an action-packed hour in our Soft Play area, perfect for little ones to climb, explore and burn off energy in a safe and welcoming space. Each booking includes entry for one child and one accompanying adult. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Want to enjoy the full package? You can add Playroom access during your hour of Soft Play for just £3.50 per child.

Cancellation Policy
By entering our premises, you agree to the following terms: Hygiene & Footwear – For hygiene reasons and to help protect our babies and young children: Socks must be worn by all children and adults in the play areas (socks are available to purchase in our café, subject to availability). Shoes must be put back on immediately when leaving the play area, especially when using the toilets or approaching the counter. Food & Drink – No food or drink is permitted in the play areas. Supervision – Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. An older child under the age of 18 is not permitted to act as the responsible adult. Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour. Health & Safety – Children who are unwell or showing symptoms of illness should not attend. We reserve the right to refuse entry on health and safety grounds. Behaviour – Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if necessary. Liability – All play is undertaken at your own risk. Cancellations & Refunds – All bookings are non-refundable. Damage – Deliberate damage to equipment or property may result in charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct session type, duration, and any applicable add-ons are selected at the time of booking. Add-ons (including playroom access or additional time) are only valid when correctly selected and paid for during the booking process. If an incorrect booking is made, we cannot guarantee access to services or areas that were not included in the confirmed booking. Additional access may be purchased on-site subject to availability and payment of the applicable fee. Failure to use a correctly booked add-on does not entitle the customer to a refund. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, we reserve the right to limit the number of adults permitted inside the play areas during busy periods. At peak times (including weekends), entry to the play areas may be restricted to one adult per child. Admission for additional adults into the play areas cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to capacity and management discretion. There is no limit on the number of adults permitted in the café area. However, seating is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
